CONSUMER RIGHTS – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY
GENERAL
If you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the pre-information form and the distance sales agreement presented to you.
Buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), as well as other applicable legislation, regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.
Shipping fees (delivery costs) shall be paid by the buyer.
Each purchased product shall be delivered to the person and/or institution at the address specified by the buyer, provided that the statutory period of 30 days is not exceeded. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer may terminate the contract.
The purchased product must be delivered complete and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, together with documents such as a warranty certificate and user manual, if any.
If the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days from the date the seller becomes aware of the situation. The total amount must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.
If the buyer does not pay the purchase price or the payment is cancelled in bank records, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product shall cease.
If, after delivery of the product, it is determined that the credit card used for payment was unlawfully used by unauthorized persons and the product price is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product subject to the contract to the seller within 3 days, with shipping costs borne by the seller.
If force majeure circumstances that the seller could not foresee occur and the product cannot be delivered on time, the buyer will be informed. The buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement with a similar product, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order:
If payment was made in cash, the amount shall be paid to the buyer in cash within 14 days from the cancellation date.
If payment was made by credit card, the product price shall be refunded to the bank within 14 days from the cancellation date; however, it may take 2–3 weeks for the bank to transfer the amount to the buyer’s account.
Before accepting delivery, the buyer must inspect the goods/services and must not accept delivery from the cargo company if the goods/services are damaged or defective (e.g., dented, broken, torn packaging, etc.). Goods/services received shall be deemed undamaged and intact. After delivery, the buyer is obliged to protect the goods/services with due care. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the goods/services must not be used. The invoice must also be returned together with the product.
The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the purchased product is delivered to the buyer or to the person/institution at the address indicated by the buyer, by notifying the seller through the contact details below, without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without providing any reason, by rejecting the goods and withdrawing from the contract.

If the purchase concerns a service, the 14-day period starts from the date the contract is signed. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in service contracts where performance has started with the consumer’s approval before the withdrawal period expires.
Product returns can be made using the return shipment number provided to the customer. The return request must be completed by filling in the return form and sending the invoice together with the product. Products requested to be returned must be unused, undamaged, and with intact packaging. If the product is not faulty/defective and the only reason for return is dissatisfaction, shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer/customer. However, if the product is faulty or defective, shipping costs will be covered by the seller.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notice must be sent to the seller within the 14-day period via registered mail with return receipt, fax, or e-mail, and the product must not have been used in accordance with the “Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised” provisions.
The invoice of the product delivered to the buyer or a third party must be sent. (If the invoice is corporate, the product must be sent together with a return invoice issued by the company. Returns for orders invoiced to companies cannot be completed unless a RETURN INVOICE is issued.)
The return form must be completed, and returned products must be delivered complete and undamaged with their box, packaging, and standard accessories (if any).
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the buyer must return the product with its box, packaging, and all accessories (if any) complete and undamaged. The seller is obliged to refund the total amount and the documents that put the buyer under debt within 10 days at the latest from receipt of the withdrawal notice, and to take back the goods within 20 days. To complete the return, the products and documents provided by the customer must be collected within 20 days.
If there is a decrease in the value of the goods due to the buyer’s fault or if return becomes impossible, the buyer is obliged to compensate the seller’s losses in proportion to the fault. However, the buyer is not responsible for changes and deteriorations resulting from proper use of the goods/products within the withdrawal period.
If exercising the right of withdrawal causes the order total to fall below the campaign threshold set by the seller, the discount amount benefited from within the campaign will be cancelled.
Products prepared in line with the buyer’s request or clearly personal needs and not suitable for return; underwear bottom pieces, swimsuits and bikini bottoms, makeup products, single-use products, goods at risk of rapid deterioration or likely to expire, products that are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene if opened after delivery, products that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by nature, periodicals such as newspapers and magazines (except those provided under subscription agreements), services performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer, and audio or video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and storage devices, computer consumables if their packaging has been opened by the buyer, cannot be returned pursuant to the Regulation. In addition, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services whose performance has started with the consumer’s approval before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
For cosmetics and personal care products, underwear products, swimsuits, bikinis, books, copyable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs and cassettes, and stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.), the packaging must be unopened, untested, undamaged, and unused in order to be eligible for return.
If the buyer defaults in cases where payment is made by credit card, the buyer acknowledges, declares and undertakes that they will pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement with the cardholder bank and will be responsible to the bank. In such case, the relevant bank may pursue legal remedies and may demand the expenses and attorney’s fees from the buyer; and in any case, if the buyer defaults due to their debt, the buyer accepts that they will compensate the seller for losses and damages arising from delayed performance.
